UNION COMPANY

BRANCH IN SAN FRANCISCO

Hind, Rolph and Cpmpany. Inc., San Francisco, who have held the Union Steam Ship Company's agency there since 1912, will relinquish it on Deieember 31, 1938. As from January 1, 1939, the company will establish its own branch in San Francisco, with Mr. S. B. Pilcher as branch manager. Since the inception of Hind, Rolph's agency there has always been a member of the Union Company's staff attached to their office, Mr. S. B. Pilcher being the present representative

Ho joined the staff of the Union Company at Invercargill in 1912, and has served in the company's offices in California and British Columbia for the past 15 years. He succeeded Mr. R. Back as the company's representative in San Francisco last year.
