TWO THOUSAND PERISH FATE OF CHINESE FINANCE FOR RELIEF ADVANCE BY INVADERS (Elec. Tol. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 21, 3 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. 20. A message from Chungking slates that 2000 people perished in five days of fires which gutted Changsha. The Chinese Government is financing the relief of refugees. The police have returned to Changsha to maintain order. Relief workers are supervising the burial oi the dead and aiding the destitute. The Japanese are advancing on Chapgsh'a and Sianyang.
