Native Population Increasing
If present population trends were to continue for another GOO or 700 years, Maoris people would greatly outnumber pakehas in New Zealand, • the Hon. W. E. Barnard told Napier women in an address on the Social Security Act. The McCall Fashion Parade is now on display in Pettie's window. Frocks made by members of Pettie's Staff from materials chosen in their own store, and designs from McCall patterns, are attracting widespread attention. These frocks are not for sale and are displayed to give some idea of the perfection and simplicity of the McCall printed pattern,*
