FLOODING and slips (Por Prtiss AiKOcifttiev j . MASTERTON, this day. Heavy rain fell in Masterton last night and this morning, flooding the streets. In the country much lowlying land is under water and many roads are blocked with slips. Considerable damage has been dene to outlying districts where over three inches of rain were recorded in a few hours..
