The Prague correspondent of the Daily Mail says that the Czech Prime 'Minister. Dr. Hodza, postponed the negotiations witlh the Sudeten German Party because he considered that differences between the party and the Government are still so great that any negotiations at present would be abortive. He will consult Visrount Runciman before making further plans. Lord 'Runciman icalled on Dr. Hodza to-day.
