The secretary-general of the Fascist Party, General Starace, has ordered the colonial, political and scientific sections of Fascist unions to study racialism and the regime of the fascista.
He declares that law-abiding Jews may live freely in Italy and will not be treated as enemies, but they may not participate in State affairs.
