POTATOES FROM DOMINION AUSTRALIAN DISCUSSIONS i Reed. Aug. 2, 1.20 p.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 2. The Sydney Morning Herald says that 'the investigations of the Federal Government into the matter of lifting the embargo on the importation of potatoes from New Zealand have reached a stage at which it is expecled that action will be taken at an early date to permit of sufficient quantities being imported under license to meei any deficiency in supplies and ensure prices being kept at a reasonable level.
