CO-RESPONDENT IN ASYLUM
The fact that the co-respondent named in divorce, proceedings which came before Mr. Justice Reed m Hamilton was served in and still was in a mental institution and was not represented by a guardian ad litem was held by His Honour to place the case outside of his jurisdiction. Counsel for petitioner stated that the corespondent was not really a mental case, but was suffering badly from nerves and would be discharged in a day or so. His Honour suggested to counsel that he should secure corespondent's discharge and bring the case forward again later in the session.
