AGREEMENT REACHED
REVENTLOW SEPARATION
PROVISION FOR CHILD
(Heed. Julv 30, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, July'29
The Count and Countess HaugwitzReventlow have signed a deed of separation. A solicitor's statement says: "It may not be generally known that Lance is heir presumptive to the family estate of Hardenberg, one of the largest estates in Denmark. In that capacity he may one day head a well-known Danish noble family." Accordingly, the settlement was reached under Danish law, under which the count retains parental rights covering his son's education, religion, and professional career. The countess is granted the care of the child for the greater part of the year, while he is in his tender years. Other settlements concern Lance's financial future, the statement adding that the parties separated on terms of complete and mutual understanding.
