WELLINGTON, this day. “New Zealand porker pigs continue to be favourably reported on by the trade at Home, in whose opinion there is no better quality coining on to the market,” states the annual report of the New Zealand Meat Board. “In view of the steady increase in our shipments of baconcr pigs, the .board is of the opinion that the compulsory grading scheme now adopted is a step in the right direction and should do much to improve the quality and thereby enhance the returns received by producers of baconers. "The advertising of New Zealand pork in Great Britain continues to be specially featured in trade papers, and a fresh issue of attractive display material has been made to retailers."
