An English artist who has had his work accepted by the Royal Academy, Mr. C. D. Johnson, arrived at Auckland by the Niagara from Vancouver to spend six weeks in New Zealand before going to Australia for six months, after which he will return to England by way of the East. Mr. Erling Zeisler, who has been manager of the Wanganui branch of Dalgety and Company for the f,ast six years, and who has been promoted to Hamilton, was farewelled by the clients of the company and presented with a substantial envelope. Mr. E. Robbie succeeds Mr. Zeisler.
