COLLAPSE OF MINISTER
ALARM IN OTTAWA
(Reed. June 24. 2.40 p.m.) OTTAWA, June 23.
Collapsing under the strain of the Budget preparations, the Canadian Minister of Finance, Mr. C. Dunning, suffered a heart attack in the lobby of the House of Commons to-day. His condition created serious alarm fbr two hours. His physicians ordered him to take a week’s rest.
