EARNINGS OF COOGAN
OFFER MADE BY MOTHER (Reed. May 5, 10 a.m.) HOLLYWOOD, May 3. Mrs. Arthur Bernstein told the press to-day that she was willing to give her son, the film player, Jackie Coogan, a share of his childhood earnings as a "reasonable settlement if the courts granted her certain rights."
