BEST POINT OF WEEK STRENGTHEN! N< '! DEMAND (Reed. Mav 5, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 4. At the Sydney wool sales to-day 11,491 bales were offered and 10,020 were sold under the hammer. In addition, 211 G were disposed of privately. There was strong general competition and a strengthening of the demand for spinners' wools. The market was at the best point of the week. All other descriptions were very firm. Greasy Merino realised up to 21 Ad.
