S.M AM j LIST TO-DAY There was only a small list ol trallic cases before Mr. E. L. Walton, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court today. Linden B. Proud was fined £1 and costs 10s for failing to keep as near the left-hand side of the road as possible. .The defendant was proceeded against by the transport inspector, Mr. R. Metcalf, who said that the defendant 'nearly collided with his cai. Colin Kirk was fined £2 and costs 10s for overloading a lorry. He was proceeded against by the transport inspector. William Matheson, Frank Lowe and Walter Hadwen were each fined 5s and costs for riding a bicycle at •night without lights. They were proceeded against by the police.
