A further remand was granted Timaru William Joss, alias Timothy Joss, when he appeared yesterday before Mr. E. L. Walton, S.M., in the Police Court charged with being in a state of intoxication at Muriwai on April 13 while in charge of a ltiotor vehicle. The application was made through Mr. L. T.
