LOUIS-THOM AS BOUT CHICAGO. March .30. Joe Louis, the negro heavyweight champion, had his last big work-out before his title match with Harry Thomas on Friday. ! Louis knocked out one of his opponents, and displayed such power and accuracy with his right that observers predict that he intend- an early knock-out when he meets Thomas. Thomas, who is accorded little chance of scoring an upset, worked out on the road to-day. The fair weather has spurred the sale of tickets, and receipts of at least 1 £16,000 are expected.
