Deep respect for the memory of the deceased, and sympathy for her husband and son, were manifested by the large attendance at the funeral this morning of the late Mrs. Myra Wilson, wife of Mr. Adam Wilson, manager of the Bank of New Zealand in Gisborne. The funeral procession from Mr. Wilson’s residence in Russell street to the Turuheru cemetery included representatives of practically all the professional firms and business houses in the community, and a wealth of flora 1 tributes was laid upon the casket.. The Rev. A. J. H. Dow read the burial service, and pallbearers were Messrs. D. Briant, J. Wilson, F. A. McFadyen, F. Fenwick, A, R. Shorland, and P. W. Barlow. The first two of those named were relatives of the deceased; the others were members of the staff 57 ine Bank of New Zealand in Gisborne.
