DURBAR VISIT UNLIKELY
PLANS OF KING AND QUEEN (Reed. Feb. 9, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 8. The Australian Associated Press says it is now unlikely that the King and Queen will go to India for a Durbar in 1938 owing to pressure of official engagements at home, besides the State visit to Paris and the necessity of avoiding a long absence from England, on top of which the intensive travelling might prove a strain on His Majesty's health.
