WAR UNDER-SECRETARY (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Feb. 3. Sir Herbert Creedy will continue as Permanent Under-Secretai'y for War until the autumn of 1939. Sir Herbert, who is aged 59 years, has been Permanent Under-Secretary 'since 1924, and a member of the Army Council since 1920.
