MOTORIST CONVICTED
SEQUEL TO FATALITY
(Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day.
In the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr. Justice Kennedy, J. Thomas Crisp was found guilty on a charge that while intoxicated when in charge of a mbtor vehicle, he drove negligently so as to cause the death of Arnold Sparks. The accused was remanded for l sentence.
