PRINCIPLE TO REMAIN (Reed. Feb. 2, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 1. The Australian Associated Press says it is now virtually settled that Imperial preferences on what the Dominions regard as most vital commodities will remain unaltered, whatever form the proposed Anglo-Ameri-can trade treaty takes.
