SCOUTS IN CAMP
CHURCH PARADE (Shrift! to the Herald.) TOLAGA BAY, this day. There was a large attendance of visitors at the chuixh parade at the Scout camp at Takapau yesterday. The vicar, the Rev. N. F. In addition to the troops and the visitors from the district and from Tolaga Bay, the Gisborne visitors included Dr. W. A. Bowie, commissioner, Mr. Baker chief scout, Mr. and Mrs. Marshall, Mangapapa, Mr. H. Holmes, and Mrs. Hope and* family. The congregation at the service numbered about 100. The boys later demonstrated the progress which had been made in their swimming lessons, after which afternoon tea was dispensed at the camp. The canri breaks up to-day, after a week of klpal weather.
