DAMAGE IN COLLISION RETICENCE OF CREW TWO MEMBERS INJURED (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Dec. 29, 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, Dec. 29. The trawler Durraween, which was involved in a collision with the liner Wanganella near Montague Island m the early hours of yesterday morning, has returned to her berth at Sydney. The bows are buckled and twisted for about 6ft. Two members of the crew were injured when they were thrown violently against parts of the ship when the collision occurred. They were treated on the return of the vessel to port. Most of the other members of the crew were asleep at the time of the accident and they were flung from their bunks. Entrance to the wharf where the Durraween is berthed is forbidden and those seamen who left the ship observed strict reticence. They told press representatives that they had been forbidden to divulge any details of the collision.
