SCANDINAVIAN STATES ATTITUDE TO ETHIOPIA (Reed. Dec. 29, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 28. Haile Selassie has telegraphed to Belgium, Holland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, and Finland expressing concern that States belonging to the Oslo Convention are about to consider the dc jure recognition of Italy’s annexation of Ethiopia. He says that the Ethiopian people continue to resist the Italian domination.
