NON-INTERVENTION PLAN
CIVIL WAR IN SPAIN ('< ).\I .\I ITTEE'S PROBLEMS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 12.30 p.m. RUGBY, Dec. 8. The sub-committee of the Nonintervention Committee meets tomorrow. Questioned in the House of Commons, the Foreign Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden, said that the committee had to consider a number of questions before its plans could be put into effect. These matters were apart from the particular points raised in the replies of the Spanish parties. He added that as far as Britain was concerned, everything was being done to expedite the work of the committee.
