Valencia reports state that the Spanish Government -is seeking an armistice. It is emphatically denied in Paris that Senor Juan March, General Franco’s millionaire backer, is negotiating for the purchase of two Italian 1500-ton destroyers for the insurgents. General Franco lias notified White•lall that the insurgents are releasing the captured British merchant ships. The Australian Associated Press diplomatic correspondent understands that this signifies the completion of an agreement for the mutual exchange of agents. DUCE’S SON DISGUSTED RETURNING TO ROME ROME, Nov. 11. Bruno Mussolini, a son of II Duce, is expected to return to Rome soon. He wrote a letter to friends from Majorca, saying that lie was disgusted with his superiors acting on orders from Rome that he be not allowed to take risks.
