McKENZIE’S STORES NEW SHARE ISSUE (Par Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. An extraordinary general meeting of McKenzie's Department Stores carried resolutions than an interim dividend at the rate of 9 per cent on the paid-up capital of £400,000 be paid on November 20; that the capital be increased from £500,000 to £750,000 by the creation of 250,000 new shares of £1 each, and that ordinary shares in the capital of the company be offered to those members on the register as at November 13 on the basis of one for every four held, at a premium of 10s per share.
P. AND O. DIVIDEND (Reed. Nov. 11, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 10. A dividend of 4 per cent has been declared by the P. and O. Company on deferred stock.
