MAYOR IN RUMANIA OUTRAGE AT CEREMONY (Reed. Oct. 29. noon.) LONDON, Oct. 28. The Daily Herald’s Vienna correspondent reports that immediately after the unveiling of a monument to the Premier, M. Duca, who was murdered in 1935 by the Iron Guard, a body he described as ’‘murderers,” the Mayor, M. Corbunianu, of Vercsti, Rumania, was stabbed to death in front of the crowd by two brothers Petrescu who were arrested.
