BANK NOTES HIGHER RESERVE BANK RETURNS (For Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Gazette issued last night contains the following statement of the assets and liabilities of the Reserve Bank, as at the close of business on October 11, as compared with October 4:— LIABILITIES.
