MR. OGDEN L. MILLS FORMER TREASURER (Eloc. Tel, Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Oct. 12, 3 p.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 11. The death has occurred of Mr. Ogden L. Mills, the noted American company director and Republican politician. He was 53 years of age. He was a member of the New York State Senate from 1914 to 1918, a member of the United States Congress for the Seventeenth New York District from 1921 to 1927, and was Under-Secretarv of the Treasury from 1927 to 1932, and Secretary of the Treasury in 1932 and 1933.
