“HUNTING PASTOR”

MARRIAGE IN BRITAIN LONDON, Aug. 18. The Rev. David Pughe, "hunting pastor” of Brighouse, Yorks, was married yesterday at Wesley Chapel, City road, London, to Miss Dorothy London, of Stewkley, near Leighton Buzzard. Mr. Pughe has been a boxer, ser-geant-major, journalist, and a Liberal candidate. He is 68, a minister, freemason, author, sportsman, Rotarian, and cinema-enthusiast.

He was a sergeant-major in France under the command of Sir John Reith, 8.8. C. chief. Last year he installed talkie apparatus in his church to show suitable films to his congregation.
