DEATHS IN ARGENTINA BOMBING' IN CAPITAL CLASHES WITH POLICE (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 7, noon) BUENOS AIRES, Sept. 6. Widespread violence attended the Argentine presidential elections. At least three persons were killed and many were injured. Two hundred Radicals battled with police at Tres Arroys. One policeman was killed and five were injured. Soldiers quelled the riot. A policeman killed at Lincoln was attempting to arrest a civilian who had fired on the police. Violence also broke out in the capital. Demonstrators exploded two bombs and fired shots, wounding a policeman. Riotous bands of Radicals were dispersed by means of tear gas bombs and several persons were arrested. The election of Senor Roberto Ortiz, the Government candidate, is assured.
