Miss IT. Svcnson, Melbourne, is visiting her niece, Mrs. A. B. Curtayne, Gisborne. Patrol 11. Ford, of the Automobile Association (Auckland), arrived in Gisborne yesterday afternoon to relieve the resident patrol, Mr. D. M. McGregor, who left Gisborne last week for Auckland and leaves that city on Tuesday for Fiji, where he is to make preparations for the setting up of an agency. Guests at the Masonic Hotel recently included Messrs. H. W. Jones, W. While, 11. Dutton and A. L. Bayliss, Auckland; Miss Willison, Puha; Mr. and Mrs. Fussell, Mr. and Mrs. T. Bishop, Messrs. B. A. Allan and L. A. Sinclair, Wellington; Mr. L. J. Williams, Wehelca, South Westland; Mr. and Mrs. J. Powdrell, Wairoa; Miss C. Fitzgerald. Mr. M. Fitzgerald, Tolaga Bay; Mr. 1. Spiers, Waipukurau; Messrs. 11. Hassall, A. M. and R. Brodie, Hastings; Miss M. A. R. Ferguson, Gisborne; Mrs. Hutchinson, Opoutama; Mr. F. L. Harrison, Christchurch. Mrs. McGee, Waiteata street, has returned to Gisborne after attending the Berlei School of Corsctry, and will be commencing her duties as corsetiere at Phyllis Lee's on Monday next.
