LOSS OF FOUR LIVES FEARS FOR- MANY OTHERS (Reed. July 16, 2.20 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 15. A message from Sullivan, Indiana, slates that as a result of an explosion in a coal mine at least four men are dead and 70 were trapped, of whom 10 were rescued severely burned.
