MILITARY PROCESSION PLANES OVER CITY (Reed. July 15, 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, July 14. Five hundred aeroplanes flew over the city while a great July 14 military procession passed before the President, M. Le Brun, who, in an official tribute at the Arc de Triomphe, was accompanied by King Carol of Rumania, the Sulton of Morocco, and members of the Cabinet and diplomats. The procession included all branches of the army, especially the motorised units.
