Commencing to-day, the charges for telegraphic traffic for Penrhyn (northern group Cook Islands) will be altered to ordinary rate Is 3d each word, C.D.E. (telegrams in code language) 9d each word, and letter telegrams !0s 5d for 25 words or less and an additional 5d for each extra word.
