FALSE CHARGES MADE
REXIST PARTY LEADER ALLEGED ILLICIT GAINS BRUSSELS, July 10. A suspended sentence of four months' imprisonment and a fine of 700 francs and costs were imposed on M. Leon Degrelle, leader of the Rexist Party in Belgium, for falsely accusing the Minister of Transport, M. Jaspar, of accepting illicit profits from official transactions.
