PALESTINE PARTITION
PROTESTS BY JEWS AMERICAN ATTITUDE NEW YORK, July 10. The Secretary of State, Mr. Cordell Hull, announced that several Jewish organisations had lodged protests with the State Department with reference to the proposals of the Royal Commission for the partition of Palestine.
The department, however, was still studying the question and informal exchanges with Britain and was not yet prepared to make a statement.
