TOURING SPRINGBOKS DOMINION OFFER DECLINED (Elec. 'IVI. Copyright—United Press Assn.) SYDNEY, July 9. it is reported here that the manager of the Springboks’ team, Mr. Percy Day, has declined an oiler from New Zealand for the team to travel by aeroplane from the South Island to the North Island during the New Zealand tour. Air travel is barred.
