DEATH AT HASTINGS
MR. ALEXANDER DAWSON (Per Press Association.) HASTINGS, this day. The death of Mr. Alexander Dawson, aged 58, has occurred. He joined the Post and Telegraph Department as a youth and served in various Post Offices in the Dominion, ultimately becoming Chief Postmaster at Wanganui. He retired from till at position live years ago. He is survived by his widow and two young sons.
