RUGBY REFEREES
P.B. ASSOCIATION APPOINTMENTS FOR SATURDAY At the weekly meeting of the Poverty Bay Rugby Referees' Association last evening there were present Messrs. K. R. Waite, chairman, A. H. Lange, W. H. James, A. Worthington, W. Wilkie, E. Sharpe, J. O'Neil, W. McKeague, V. Norman, D. N. McLeod, A. E. Ingram, A. S. Muir, and N. Tasker. The following referees were appointed for Saturday:— Senior grade.—Celtic v. Old Boys, on No. 1 ground at 2.45 p.m., Mr. D. N. McLeod; H. 5.0.8. v. Marist, on No. 2 ground, at 2.45 p.m., Mr. K. R. Waite; P.W.D. v. Y.M.P., on No. 3 ground at 2.45 p.m., Mr. V. Norman. Junior grade.—Old Boys A v. Old Boys B, on No. 1 ground at 1.15 p.m., Mr. A. Worthington; Waikohu v. High Scliool, on No. 2 ground at 1.15 p.m., Mr. W. McKeague; H. 5.0.8. v. Marist. on No. 3 ground, at 1.15 p.m., Mr. H. Hunter.
Third grade.—High School v. H. 5.0.8.. on the High School No. 1 ground at 1.15 p.m., Mr. E. Sharpe; Marist v. Celtic, on the High School No. 2 ground at 1.15 p.m., Mr. R. F. Julian; Old Boys v. Y.M.P., on the High School No. 3 ground at 1.15 p.m.,. Mr. W. 11. James.
Fifth grade.—High School A v. Old Boys, on the High School No. 1 ground at 2.45 p.m., Mr. W. Wilkie.
Reserve referees.— Messrs. N. Tasker and A. H. Lange. Line umpires.—No. 1 ground: Messrs. L. Stichbury and E. Corbett. No. 2 ground: Messrs. L. Ulingworth and W. Charles. No. 3 ground: Messrs. V. Walker and R. F. Julian.
