LABOUR LEADER'S VIEW WARSAW, July 1. At the opening session of the Congress of the International Federation of Trade Unions, the general secretary of the Trade Union Congress of Britain, Sir Walter Citrine, said that rearmament, by the nations would eventually lead to a slump.
