A representative gathering cf exservice men attended the funeral ol the late Mr. Murdoch Mcßae this afternoon. The interment took place at the Taruheru cemetery, the burial service being conducted by the Rev. A. J. H. Dow. Members of the Returned Soldiers’ Association, the South African Veterans’ Association, and the Legion of Frontiersmen took part, and a short service was held by the Legion of Frontiersmen after Mr. Dow concluded. The pall-bearers wore Captain A. Steele and SergeantMajor W. Morris, of the Legion of Frontiersmen; Messrs. J. T. McLoughlin and J. McCnllum, South African Veterans’ Association; Messrs. -W. Sinton and W. Oakden, Returned Soldiers’ Association.
