A special sitting of the Supreme Court took placo before Mr. Justice North croft yesterday and to-day, hearing an application for probate ol I lie will nt Katherine Macfarlano McKinnon, who died in the Westland Hospital on December 28, where she executed a will in favour of the Westland Hospital Hoard. Probate was opposed hv the relatives. The court found against the llospdal Board's application.
