HIGHER NEWSPAPER COSTS
PROBLEM IN AMERICA NEW YORK, April 22. The cost of placing in the hands of the American newspaper reader each day tin account of what is going on in a world of momentous events was brought before the American Newspaper Publishers Association to-day as a major problem of the craft. The newsprint committee reported that the price of that commodity had risen 2o per rent in three years.
