CHANGING OWNERSHIP
MANY .WAIKATO FARMS Tlie exceptionally large number of clearing sales throughout the Waikato is a feature of farming activities this winter. This indicates how many farms arc changing ownership or occupants. In many cases farmers are retiring from active work, or else share-milkers who have been long in occupation are moving on to better their conditions.
