FATAL DASH ON ROAD

BOY STRUCK BY CAR , EIGHT YEARS OF AGE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. Matthew Gough, aged eight years, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Gough, 105 Nelson street, Petonc, was killed when he was knocked down on the ITutt road this afternoon by a cat owned and driven by Mrs. Emily Nina Wilkinson, aged 20, of Overton terrace, Wellington. Running out on to Iho road, the boy was struck by the car and receiver severe internal injuries from which he died almost immediatelv.
