Bitterly replying to Cardinal Mun(lelein, o'f Chicago, who described llerr Hitler as an "Austrian papei hanger," Dr. Goebbels, at a mass lueethig of Hie Nazi Party, issued a warning that the most drastic steps would he taken against high dignitaries of (he Catholic Church if Catholics, either in Germany or abroad, continued to criticise the ■■morality trials" now proceeding in Germany.
