' The hewspapor Niehi Xichi reports that a member of the Japanese Supreme War Council, Admiral Fu.jita, will make a tour of inspection in .Line of tue South Sens region, at the request of the Minister for the Navy. Two other members of the council, AdmifulTakahnslii and Admiral Suetsiigu, similarlv will make a tour of inspection of China and Maiiehukun. The Nichi Niehi says that the'navy Will use,,the reports and recommendations of,the three leaders as the basis hf a policy with which to face tlu problems it is anticipated will aris< in ,the Pacific and the Far Fast, and carry out a new replenishment pro gramme in view of the world-wide ex pahsion of armaments.
